Terms & Conditions

  1. The product must be purchased from authorized Chicco distributor/retailer(s).
  2. 1-to-1 exchange is eligible for the Crash Exchange/ Flood Relief program and applicable for one time only.
  3. Car seat purchased second hand are not eligible for exchange.
  4. You are eligible to enjoy ChiccoCare plan once you’ve registered before the date of car crash/flood.
  5. The date of the crash/flood will be deemed as the date stated on the Police Report (Polis Diraja Malaysia).
  6. Applications received after 28 days period from police report date are not eligible for the Crash Exchange/flood relief program and will not be considered.
  7. The crashed/damaged by the flood car seat will be required for testing and evaluation and must be available for return to Sunup Healthcare Sdn. Bhd.
  8. Customer shall bear the costs for sending the crashed/damaged by the flood car seat back and the replacement car seat.
  9. No damage induction found on the product due to human-made mistakes.
  10. For the case of a discontinued car seat model, an equivalent value car seat will be issued.
  11. If an application meets all above criteria and is approved, the replacement car seat will be issued out within 14 days of receiving documentation and the crashed car seat.
  12. This program only valid for 10 years from the date of purchase.
  13. For those who have the proof of purchase (receipt) after the year 2018 are eligible for an exchange under this Chicco Care program.
  14. All applications and supporting documentation remain the property of Sunup Healthcare Sdn. Bhd.
  15. In the event an exchange occurs, the applicant automatically consents to allow Sunup Healthcare Sdn. Bhd to use submitted photos and testimonials for marketing purposes.
  16. Sunup Healthcare Sdn. Bhd reserves the rights to change, amend, cancel or remove the exchange program at any time without prior notice.
  17. Sunup Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any unclear information in the receipt. 

How to Claim It :

You are required to prepare and provide the following proof of accident or flood:
*Make sure you've registered before it has occurred

STEP 1

Take clear photograph/s of vehicle after road crash/flood and clear photograph/s of crashed/damaged by the flood child restraint.

STEP 2

Make a police report (Polis Diraja Malaysia)

STEP 3

Submit all the documents to chicco.support@sunuphc.com
